Occupying 450 acres in the delightful Tillingham valley, Lea Farm is a working sheep and fruit farm – featuring our unique traditional Bramley Apple orchards – that has been in the same family for five generations. We are just 2 ½ miles from the ancient Cinque Port town of Rye – providing the perfect setting for exploring the local attractions, or just to relax and unwind.
The Bed and Breakfast accommodation is in the family farm house, set amongst delightful gardens. Still retaining many original features, our accommodation features a choice of a double ensuite and a twin-bedded room with private shower-room. The accommodation is spacious, comfortably furnished, and equipped with full tea/coffee making facilities. A full English breakfast is provided, served in the elegant setting of our beautiful traditional dining room – featuring antique oak furniture and original oil paintings.
Our guests can enjoy the use of our delightful landscaped gardens, as well as relaxing in the tranquil setting in the heart of the East Sussex countryside.
